1. DMN was founded on October 7, 1990 and has been steadily growing since.  Starting as a Vocational Rehabilitation and Medical Case Management company, we have continued to grow and expand our services to also include Injury Prevention, Employee Wellness and Telephonic Case Management.

2. With the expansion of our services, we felt the name Disability Management Network did not properly encompass all that we do.  Thus the Name Triune Health Group was formed.  Our business has continued to develop to meet the ever changing needs of our customers. This new name, reflects this growth and more clearly reflects our complete range of services and capabilities.

3. DMN has not been sold.  Absolutely not! Disability Management Network, now Triune Health Group, remains under the same ownership and vision of its founders, Christopher and Mary Anne Yep, who with the help of an extremely talented staff, are leading the way towards a successful future.
