Management

Christopher J. Yep, M.S., C.R.C., LCPC  
President/Senior Consultant  

Chris has over 30 years in the field of Rehabilitation Management.  He completed a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the Illinois Institute of Technology and is currently a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.  His experience includes managing multi state operations for a National Case Management company as well as overseeing product development, quality of service and marketing.   Working in private rehabilitation for 20 years, Chris has also had experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant and as a Vocational Expert.  He is certified as an expert by the Social Security Administration.  He is the owner and President  of the Triune Health Group, LTD.

James J. Yep  
Chief Operating Officer  

James is a graduate of Loras College in Dubuque Iowa, where he obtained a Degree in Human Resource Management.  At Loras, James was involved with the Society for Human Resource Managers and served as President of the Student Chapter his senior year.  He has experience with all aspects of Human Resource Management as well as managing employees.  James also has gained much experience regarding computers (hardware and software) and networks.  At Triune Health Group he is in charge of overseeing the office duties and maintaining all computer related systems including the network.

Art Bennett
Director of EAP Services

Art has been in the mental health and program management fields for over 25 years.  He has a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and is licensed (in California) as a Marriage and Family Therapist.  He is a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association and has managed both domestic and international employee assistance and mental health programs since 1987.  Art provides writing, training, counseling, coaching and programs which facilitate the successful integration of work and family life.

Judy Mannon R.N., M.S., COHN-S, C.C.M.  
Manager  

Judy is a Registered Nurse, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Nursing from Illinois Benedictine College, and a Master of Science Degree from the University of Chicago, with a concentration of study in the area of Occupational Health. She holds certifications in Occupational Health and is also a Certified Case Manager. Judy has over 18 years experience in the field of Worker’s Compensation and Case Management.  Her work experiences include, AT&T/Western Electric, fourteen years with Wausau / Liberty Insurance Co. and four years with a nationally known managed care company.  She holds an adjunct faculty position with the University of Illinois at Chicago.  A member of several professional organizations, she is a past recipient of a NIOSH Educational Research Center grant and has published and presented both nationally and locally on the subjects of Worker’s Compensation and Case Management.

Janice L. Shea RN, BS, COHN-S
Manager of Occupational Health  

Janice received her nursing degree from the College of Du Page in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and her bachelor degree from the University of St. Francis in  Joliet, Illinois.  She is a board certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist and has been a member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses for over 15 years. She is also a member of Case Management Society of America. 

Her career experience includes Director of Occupational Health Services for  an occupational health clinic of a suburban hospital, Director of Occupational Health for a national railroad managing their medical department and also worked for a leading third party administrator as the Medical Operations Manager for a fortune 500 client overseeing their telephonic case management medical program. 

Janice has over 20+ years of experience in the field of occupational health & wellness. She has successfully developed and implemented programs educating employers and their employees of the importance on maintaining overall health & wellness in order to remain happy and productive in life and in the workplace. 

Nathen A. Larsen, R.N., B.S.N., CLNC  
Manager of Medical Services  

Nathen is a graduate of Saint Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford, Illinois with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing.  Nathen is a licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin and Illinois. His experience has included staff nursing in Level one trauma centers as a trauma nurse in emergency departments throughout the northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin area.  He has been a member of the Triune Health Group team for over six years providing onsite and telephonic services as a case manager for worker’s compensation.  He has managed short term disability, group medical insurance, worker’s compensation and was heavily involved with environmental health and safety programs of seven local manufacturing plants for an national manufacturing company.  He is a member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, a Basic Life Support instructor for the American Heart Association, a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and is certified for catastrophic case management with a major national company.

Stephen L. Sprauer, MS, CRC, CDMS  
Manager of Vocational Services  

An expert in the Field of Vocational Rehabilitation, Steve’s experience covers close to 25 years and includes a direct provision of vocational services, in addition to supervisory and management responsibilities and work with customers building programs to meet specific needs. Steve has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Disability Management Specialist. Steve has presented at various Regional and National conferences and has served on various professional committees. Overall work has resulted in an excellent track record of meeting individual and customer needs.
